I had a bit of a struggle getting the Super Trapp to fit on my bike (same problem, trying to get both bolts into the muffler mount holes). Was finally able to "coax" it on with a few well placed blows of a large rubber mallet and some WD-40. No damage, and fits perfect. Would rather have used pipe expander though. Sounds like a better idea....good luck.
